For the past 25 years, Dr. Yves Givel has worked in a variety of global human resources and talent management roles and has lived in over 12 different countries around the world, namely in Europe, Africa, Middle East and the United States. Before taking on his current role based at Hyatt’s regional office in Zurich, Switzerland, Yves held the role of Vice President Talent Management at the company’s head offices in Chicago, developing global processes and philosophies in the areas of leadership, performance management, talent development and engagement.

 

Yves is a graduate of the École hôtelière de Lausanne, holds an MSc degree in Human Resource Management and Training, as well as a Doctorate in Social Sciences from the University of Leicester. His doctoral thesis focused on Organizational Learning, Learning Organizations and Leadership.

Based on his own purpose, Yves is very passionate about engaging leaders in mindfulness, and cultivating mindful leadership in the workplace (and in world). He is a certified ‘Search Inside Yourself’ teacher, and sought-after speaker in conferences and universities on talent management, mindful leadership, organizational learning and leadership development. As an ambassador for continuous learning and education, Yves also serves on the Advisory Board of a several educational institutes and universities.

Rich is the CEO of Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI). He was previously the director of executive education and people development at Google, where he was also one of the first SIY teachers.
Rich previously founded Wisdom Labs and has also served in senior roles at eBay, J.P. Morgan Chase and Bank of America. He received his PhD in Psychology from Columbia University and is a frequent contributor to the Harvard Business Review.
Before launching Wisdom Labs, Rich was the head of executive education at Google, responsible for leadership development content, tools and programs for senior leaders. He also led some of the efforts focused on employee well being at Google. Rich was also previously head of learning and organization development at eBay, and prior to that he was a learning and leadership development executive at Bank of America and JP Morgan Chase & Co.
Rich was trained as a psychologist and received his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and M.A. in Organizational Psychology both from Columbia University. Rich received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at San Diego. He lives in San Francisco with his wife and son.

Yinka Reis is CEO and Co-founder of Ventures Support Limited, and the Managing Director and Co-founder of First World Ventures, UK. She is the founder of RootCamp, an initiative that train youths on appreciation of their Roots, Culture and National Values.
She is a Motivational Speaker, Mentor, Marriage Counsellor and a Life Coach.
Yinka believes that the transformation of society can be achieved by challenging the limiting beliefs of the individuals, changing mindsets and shifting paradigms by utilising performance enhancing tools and ‘soft skills’ training. She has collaborated with colleagues to design and facilitate training programs for many notable companies in Nigeria with a long-term impact on the growth and performance of the individuals, teams and organisations.
Yinka is an alumna of The Institute for National Transformation and also an alumna of The Lagos Business School, where she held leadership positions as Vice Chairperson of the Endowment Fund Committee and President of her Executive MBA class. She was Chief Pharmacist of Eko Hospitals Plc. Nigeria, when she decided to turn her passion of developing and transforming people into a career. She is also a registered Pharmacist in the UK.
Yinka is a certified facilitator of Leading Bold Change developed by John Kotter, a Professor of Leadership, Emeritus, at Harvard Business School. She is also a Certified Practitioner of Goal Mapping developed by Brian Mayne. She is trained to use D.I.S.C Personality Profiling and also the HAY Group Emotional and Social Competency Inventory. Yinka is a Search Inside Yourself Certified Teacher. SIY was developed at Google, but is now available to everyone.
Yinka is married to Brig Gen P.O Reis (rtd), an Architect and Real Estate Developer, who also collaborates with her as a Human Potential Development Facilitator. Tunde and Yinka with their four daughters started Borikan Reliance Trust, a non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting grassroots educational initiatives for the indigent children in the society. The Reis Family have a shared belief that the most leveraged way to alleviate global poverty is through universal education.

Laurie J. Cameron, TEDx speaker, leadership consultant, entrepreneur and ICF-certified executive coach, is the author of The Mindful Day, Practical Ways to Find Focus, Calm and Joy From Morning to Evening, (National Geographic - 2018), and is known for her energy and insight sharing the science of human performance and development. Laurie integrates emotional intelligence, positive psychology, mindfulness, compassion and neuroscience into practical strategies for living with meaning, purpose and joy.
Laurie is the founder and CEO of PurposeBlue – a consultancy that creates engaging experiences that bring individuals and organizations to new levels of self-awareness, self-mastery and transformation. PurposeBlue is the mindful leadership partner for Deloitte US, and PurposeBlue Mindful Leader programs are widely integrated into professional development at all levels. Laurie has lived and worked in Germany, Brazil and the US, and draws on her depth of business experience as a senior leader with Accenture’s Change Management practice, the VP of Leadership and Organization Development at Blue Shield, the VP of Leadership Development at Williams- Sonoma and her work advising motivated leaders with Google, Capital One, Deloitte, the Aspen Institute, Cisco, Discovery, federal intelligence agencies, health and law firms.
Laurie applies her experience from living in Europe and South America with a deep commitment to the development of conscious, thriving cultures. Laurie is a veteran mindfulness teacher with the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, born at Google; a Senior Fellow at the Center for the Advancement of Well-Being, a professor of Mindful Leadership at the R.H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and on the Board of the Insight Meditation Community of Washington. Laurie speaks internationally to share the power of leading consciously in London, Munich, Paris, Hyderabad, Copenhagen, Beijing, Helsinki and across the US. Laurie’s original learning series and meditations are on the apps Insight Timer and Wise@Work, and she has an Audible Original titled The Power of Self-Compassion.
A mindfulness practitioner for over twenty years, Laurie received the Five Mindfulness Trainings in a quiet sunrise ceremony from Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh, and was given the dharma name Fresh Lovingkindness of the Heart.

Dr. ‘Tunde Reis speaks at various professional events and he is a certified teacher of Search Inside Yourself (SIY), a mindfulness based emotional intelligence program, backed by neuroscience, which was developed and tested in Google. He also offers innovative solutions on housing and urban development matters to public and private organisations. ‘Tunde works in the companies he founded as an architect and affordable housing provider. He retired from the Nigerian Army as a Brigadier General, having received the highest medal for unblemished long service. ‘Tunde’s innovative contributions were acknowledged with two national honours. He also received the “Distinguished Alumni of the Lagos Business School” award. Tunde He is a Fellow of the Aspen Global Leadership Network and the Africa Leadership Initiative West Africa.

Dr Reis is the founder of Firstworld Ventures Ltd (FVL). The company facilitates skills and techniques that elicit human potential, with a view to enhancing productivity and wellbeing. FVL provides training programs in SIY, Self-Leadership, Coaching and other growth or transformation tools for corporate and individual clients (www.fw-p.co.uk). He is also the founder of First World Communities Ltd, a company focused on large-scale development of affordable housing and associated infrastructure (www.firstworld-communities.com). He is a non-executive director in other companies and non-profit boards.

‘Tunde obtained a PhD in Housing Studies from the Architectural Association School of Architecture in London, UK. He has a Master's degree in Environmental Design (Architecture) and a Bachelor of Environmental Studies, both from the University of Lagos. He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and the London Business School. Dr Reis holds a Certificate in Company Direction from the UK Institute of Directors. ‘Tunde enjoys contemplative practices, which significantly impact all he does and is keen to share this, as he continues to explore and learn.
